This diary does not exist!

He/She is a known socket-puppet, who began his/her posting history by pretending to be a gay man in a diary so over the top as to be beyond comedy.

Throughout the course of this posters history here, he/she is the literal case for a troll, someone not interested in discourse, but rabble-rousing and insulting the Democratic Party, progressive causes, and our President.

Now this: 949/42366/1

What MORE is needed, moderators?

To make a joke about domestic terrorism, to make a joke about an act to deprive American women of legal medical services and reproductive choices.

Moderators, you can delete this dairy if you want to, and you can ban me for breaking the rules against calling out a single poster.

I don't care.

Why would I want to be part of a community where a jerk like this is allowed to endlessly post, to create diaries, to spew this trash.

Yes, this poster will just create another sock-puppet, and be back.

But this creation needs to be sent packing, an action way overdue.

Re: What will it take to get this poster banned?

Why give him attention?  Just hr and move on.  He'll throw tantrums and try even harder to get people to respond to him but eventually he gives up.  At least for a few weeks anyway.

What I find hilarious about it is while he originally came here to get Democrats to fight each other, behind his back the Republican party collapsed.  So now he can't leave.

yeah..gave out my very few HRs ever. I don't

think I've ever HR-ed or TR-ed anybody other than the one who posted racism charge against Lynch and the one who posted VTech's killer picture to slime HRC supporters. But MOs comment on Tiller was equally vile.

Re: yeah..gave out my very few HRs ever. I don't

MO's comment on Tiller, translated from troll, was "I'm terribly lonely - please pay attention to me.  Anything."

The guy calls me a slut constantly.  The first time was when I made some throwaway crack at Rush Limbaugh, which must have hurt his feelings.  On at least four separate occasions he's created accounts, mojo'd them up until they were trusted users, and then gone into my comment history and zeroed everything out.  The amount of effort that must go into all this is mind-boggling.  But my point is that if I can ignore him, and it's not hard, I don't see why other people can't.

I'll go back and HR him wherever he called you

a slut. That's absolutely unacceptable. I normally try to make sure I uprate comments that had been unduly downrated by trolls like MO.

Re: I'll go back and HR him wherever he called you

Every time it's been amply hr'd by the time I've even seen it, but thanks.

But it's like anything with someone who's trying to be edgy - you can't take anything they say seriously.  Whether it's this or flashing old eight-year-olds or whatever, you just wish they'd cut it out and become fully adjusted members of society.

Actually the moment MO had called you that

MO should have been gone and his IP permanently banned.

Hi Jess

I haven't visited in a while but dropped by tonight.  I know nothing about this issue but I'm a little surprised someone is calling another contributor a "slut" and getting away with it.  I guess trolling has an addictive element to it, as a tolerance level, where the transgressor needs to become more and more shocking and extreme to get the same "fix."  These people cannot be corrected with reason or facts and would likely be morbidly embarrassed if their friends/family/co-workers knew of their online activities.  Even pointing out their true nature gives them a fix of attention.

I'm confident these are things we all know but felt inspired to echo them for truth.  Hope all's well!

Re: What will it take to get this poster banned?

It bothered me a lot more when the memory of people getting banned left and right for bullshit was fresher in my mind.

Re: What will it take to get this poster banned?
Yep Jerome really showed his true colors, and his sour grapes. Which is fine, its his blog, he can do what he want. Just as I was free to stop visiting MyDD after it became Alegre's Home for the Disenchanted and Bitter©. I do stop in maybe once a month to look at the rec'd diaries, and as I said, I can see the hypocrisy employed by the admins has certainly not changed.

I think things have improved a bit at MyDD

especially the frontpage diaries. The new Frontpagers are extremely good and well versed in foreign policies.

How about in future

emailing me directly to look into problems by particular commentators?

I'll look at the record and make a decision. Thanks.

Re: What will it take to get this poster banned?

It's a shame you can't change the title to: "What will it take to get this diary off the rec list?"

Re: What will it take to get this poster banned?

How is it that the number of comments in here keeps increasing, yet "I cannot find that story"?
