There is a fairly bright line between "smears" and "facts." There are REAL facts that will come out stronger and perhaps crack the Teflan before it is too late. This post reveals a number of them. If they do not come out in time, can you say "President McCain?"
I have always HOPED Hillary will be the nominee. This week, for the first time in a while, now that the public-at-large is learning more about Obama and how he would surely lose in November once the Repubilcan attack machine comes after him, I truly BELIEVE that she can be our nominee!
You bet I will continue to invest in her as much as I can! It's an investment in the well-being of all of us.
Yeah--It always amazes me that the truth about Obama is labled as a smear tactic.
If I were an Obama fan I would want him to drop out before he gets boiled alive by the Republicans. Mostly I want a Democrat in the White House, and Obama cannot survive what the Republicans can do with the feast of material he feeds them. Hillary wil have a hard time as well, but I think she stands the better chance.
However, if Obama gets the nomination and when he loses the general he will have no one but himself to blame.
I disagree 100%. People don't say those kinds of things about their own (a fellow American who has not committed some heinous crime) unless they are comfortable with objectifying women and putting them down. Would he have said this about Obama, even if a "Hillary shill?" Of course not.
Besides, this is only one of Olbermann's rips against women, including women who support Hillary. The guy has totally lost my respect.
BORING--been there and went through that. Besides McCain may have the same problem and his wife has had other difficulties. There would be a stand-off there.
Obama is the fresh meat--that is who they want to run against. His stuff is still unfolding--and if you read the Chicago press, it is clear that no one can save him from the Republicans. Sex is one thing....what went on in Chicago to get him where he is will be something else again.
The "longitudinal factor" is rarely taken into account during these discussions. If Wright, Ayers, Rezko, and so on had hit the MSM earlier, the outcomes would be different. Even still, his past is emerging. His fast rise to power out of Chicago involves getting down with all sorts of sleazy characters who are still being pulled out of the woodwork. Ali Ata is the latest.
It's called REAL politics. We don't coronate kinds anf queens here--and if Democrats are smart they will do much more digging before deciding that Obama is the best candidate. I am looking deeper, and I am not happy with what I am finding nor with what the Republican attack machine can (and will) do to Obama. They don't have to use stupid stuff ilke his middle name or the flag pin.
