I figured it would be, but it wasn't. It allowed many posters and lurkers like me to vent our feelings without a big fight breaking out. That is progress. Only a few comments made me mad and that means we've come a long way from our primary battle.
Sorry for that. I have a habit occasionally of hitting post instead of rate all.
Great diary canadian gal. Someone needs to put sites like DK on notice that we will lose this election if we allow those kind of sexist comments to continue.
The last thing we need to do is turn off independent women by attacking Palin in any sexist manner. After this primary, it will jump out at them and drive them right to McCain. If they'll vote for anti-choice Bush twice, they'll vote for McCain.
No, BTD blasted anyone who tried to exclude the caucus votes. Read his comments. I don't think he wrote a front page post about Hillary claiming the lead because he doesn't consider MI legit without a revote. Or, he may have written one and I missed it, but I know for sure he doesn't accept any vote count without caucus votes.
NO. Bill Bradley stabbed Al Gore deep in the back. If you want Gore on your side, you don't want Bradley.
As a female, I don't much care for Jim Webb. I contributed to his campaign and was thrilled that he won, but he won't help the women vote. He would help with men, especially those drawn to McCain because of the military experience but he'd trade off a loss with women voters.
