Infamous YouTube - BingoFrogger - Identities revealed

Jamal Boone, of Venice, CA - a lot of people might want to contact you.

UPDATE - Jamal Boone, an Obama supporter, has one pro-Clinton video listed as a favorite - The War Room, Part 9. Guess what happens starting at 4:39 in part 9? Yup, Mickey Kantor comes in....and you can guess the rest, but I'll spell it out anyways - part 9 was used to create BingoFrogger's original hoax video. END UPDATE.

I believe I've done it - discovered the persons responsible for the very first "people from Indiana are shit" hoax video, posted online by BingoFrogger on Thursday, 5/1/08 around 3 PM.  This video spawned later reposts all over the internets by a notorious hitman known as Politikewl - who is friends with JedReport at You Tube, and others, and then mutated into an even uglier hoax video, when someone decided to try to make others believe that Mickey Kantor used the term "white ni---rs" to describe people in Indiana.

This will be my last diary on this subject, because I am convinced I have solved it completely.  I will name the person who did this, in my opinion, based on the research.  I will take everyone through the evidence step by step.  I'm sorry to say these people are, at the very least, Obama supporters, and not right wing trolls trying to cause trouble.

So here we go, step by step...

1.  BingoFrogger posts the first video, still up, around 3 PM on 5/1.  This account was created on 5/1, which means BingoFrogger was created specifically to put out this video.  Perhaps he thought he was too smart to get caught.

2.  At the same link, it shows BingoFrogger's 10 subscribers, and they are the key to solving this mystery.  Let's look at them, step by step, going backwards (right scroll using the right arrow to the end) by clicking on each one's name:

Please keep in mind that BingoFrogger just joined You Tube on May 1st!

a)  Wil4peace - Wil from Mission Viejo, CA, likes both the original version and the "white ni----s" version, as well as other anti-Hillary videos.  Small fry.

b)  Reckkent - Joined 5/2, only subscribes to BingoFrogger, no videos posted, no information on google - looks like a name for future mischievous actions.

c)  Smwebb0704 - Joined 4/7/08, only subscribes to BingoFrogger, no videos posted, no "certain" information on google, could also be a name for future actions.

d)  Astroseer - "Randall," joined 2/27/07, only subscribes to BingoFrogger, 9/11 conspiracy nut, anti-Bush, and anti-Clinton, nothing else to see.

e)  Rooster5man - subscribes to everyone on earth lol, unimportant.

f)  Ladybchi - subscribes to 3 "people," - BingoFrogger, barackobama.com, and someone who appears unimportant.  Huge collection of anti-Hillary/Bill, and pro-Obama videos.  Per google, might be very religious - but not so religious when it comes to garbage, casting stones, etc.

Let's save the best one for last, by heading left to the first name now...

g)  ArishiaNishi - small fry.

h)  Lavlove - joined 2/8/08, only subscribes to BingoFrogger, no videos, no friends, and I believe could be Lava20 at Daily Kos, who was very active in trying to push a diary about the You Tube video.

i)  Pharmdmsn - small fry, likes the "white ni***rs" version.

and now for the last one...and let's watch where it leads...

j)  Dcusseaux - Joined 5/30/07, subscribes to 3 "people" - BingoFrogger, JedReport, and edbdpt1.  Has one friend - style6919.

LET'S SEE WHERE EDBDPT1 and STYLE6919 LEAD...

Edbdpt1 - does not appear to be involved in the hoax, but is central to this mystery because he/she uploaded The War Room to You Tube in February, and as everyone should know by now, the hoax video distorts a clip from The War Room.

drumroll please...

Style6919 - You Tube friend of Dcusseaux, who subscribes to BingoFrogger, JedReport, and the person who uploaded The War Room.  Only subscribes to barackobama.com.  Big fan of Obama...he posted lots of nice videos.  Has lots and lots of favorites - pro-Obama and anti-Hillary videos...

And he left his calling card - http://wholesaleleatherstore.com/barack. html.  If you go there, you see lots of videos, but I am more interested in the WHOIS information for this site:

J Miles B Productions
Venice, CA

Google is our best friend now - that first link says "Jamal Boone is President of J Miles B Productions" - the third link goes to here, and when we click on the link for J Miles B productions, we get this:

J Miles B Productions
Production of Movies Music and Videos.

I believe that Jamal Boone of Venice, CA, is our culprit.  I'll eat crow if I am wrong, but clearly there are strong connections between Jamal Boone, JedReport, other mysterious names, Politikewl, and disturbing connections to barackobama.com.

Thank you for reading, and please let me know if you have any questions.  Like I said upfront, this is my last diary on the subject, because my research should be complete...but I reserve the right to find new dirt lol.

John

Impressive detective work.  This should help stifle those at Dkos who are now trying to spin the "Hillary put this out to trap us and make us look bad" storyline!

Where's the credit for dKos rebuking this story?

It would be a cold day in hell before anyone on this site would stand up to similar sleaze against Obama.  That's because dKos is a site for Democrats, whereas this is a site for HRC supporters.

Lawsuits

did Kos do this "rebuking" before or after Mickey Kantor made clear that he was suing everyone involved?

The only reason the internet stepped away from this is that Pennebaker released a transcript and Kantor said for the record that was suing. That's it. I don't find that to be a particular noble reason to distance yourself. Kos didn't back away from his bogus "clinton made obama look darker" smear so he has no credibility.

Nah, this wouldn't have stopped without Kantor's threat. You can delude yourself all you want - this is the kind of shit the obama camp pulls.

You know what

Troll rate me...but you are full of shit.  Just completely full of excrement.  You are so full of fucking one sided hate that you can't see straight...how disgusting.

People looked at it logically and forthrightly, but all you want to see is the bad...never the good or the imbetween.

Some Clinton supporters are great, some are just okay, some get all lopsided, but you are just hateful.

Re: You know what

I can see how hateful you are. The whole world can. You can't wait to show off your hatred in your post. You're typical of Obama supporters - you guys are really angry, you spend a lot of time calling and you're outraged that not everyone thinks that Obama is teh awesome.

I think he's mediocre as a human being on every front except his ability to deliver a speech. he doesnt' do much as a legislator. Other than win elections, he has no personal accomplishments that I can see after he gets out of college. He does nothing of his own volition that I can see that benefits other people. He's married to an incredibly coarse woman who reminds way too much of Nancy Reagan. And he lies. He lies more than any Democrat I've ever seen,. And he encourages his supporters to act like you and Boone. Hate. Misogyny. Hate. Misogyny. Hate. Anger. Hate. Outrage. Audacity. Hate. Hate. Anger. Misogyny. Misogyny. That's pretty much Obama's entire campaign.

When Obama didn't distance himself from Rhodes, he gave the okay for this. Mark my words, Obama doesn't mind what Boone because Obama is running an extremely dirty campaign.

All your post does is make my point. He is a substandard candidate, running an amoral campaign and encouraging the kind of behavior you just exhibited.

Re: You know what

Hmm, does writing a beautiful book count ???

by hebi 2008-05-04 12:24AM | 0 recs
Re: You know what

The book was named after a sermon given by Rev. Jeremiah Wright.  The very speech that rocketed Barack to stardom in 2004 was also called "The Audacity of Hope," and again, inspired by the teachings of Rev. Wright.

Obama sold out a lot of his legacy (including the acclaimed Philadelphia race speech) by publicly doing that hasty 180 and disavowing Rev. Wright.

He has tied himself in a bind because three of his biggest accomplishments: the book, the big 2004 DNC speech, and the Philly race speech are intextricably linked to his biggest weakness, the perceived radicalism of Rev. Wright's theology and sociopolitical theories.

A lot of people didn't think very deeply about how much Barack sacrificed when he did that awkward disavowal speech.  With each passing day, it becomes clearer.

"Dreams of My Father"...

ring a bell?  You see he wrote that amazing work (I have yet to read it, but going by the account of all the people who read it) in 1995.  So, you're comment makes you appear really uninformed.

He has tied himself in a bind because three of his biggest accomplishments: the book, the big 2004 DNC speech, and the Philly race speech are intextricably linked to his biggest weakness, the perceived radicalism of Rev. Wright's theology and sociopolitical theories.

This is an even further demonstration of your ignorance since his first book has little to do with Wright (Wright is mentioned in the book, but it's minor).  His 2004 speech had nothing to do with Wright and his Philly speech was amazing in spite of Wright.  Moreover, those aren't his only big accomplishments.  You're constant attempt to conflate Obama and Wright are transparent and sad.  And your political acumen is even more pathetic.

by nklein 2008-05-04 05:59AM | 0 recs
Audacity of Hope, not Dreams of My Father

"His 2004 speech had nothing to do with Wright."

The speech in 2004 was titled "The Audacity of Hope" and like the book of the same title, it was named after a sermon delivered by Rev. J. Wright.  It's inextricably linked to him.

"And your political acumen is even more pathetic."

Seriously, I have no idea why you are so caustic.  I wish you the best.

by BPK80 2008-05-04 02:47PM | 0 recs
I'm caustic, b/c you do nothing but...

attack.  I don't wish harm on you; I just wish you would wake up and escape that bubble your ensconed in.

I noticed that you did not deign to retract your statement that his book was entirely inspired by Wright.  And on the speech, it's about his life and his experience, not Wright's.  I've written works inspired by the constitution that does not mean that my ideas are the founders' ideas.  Inspiration is not authorship.  And it does not diminish his speech in the least that the title was inspired by one of Wright's sermons.  The speech was brilliant.  Do you disagree with the ideas of the speech?  If not, what's your issue?

by nklein 2008-05-04 02:58PM | 0 recs
Re: I'm caustic, b/c you do nothing but...

"I noticed that you did not deign to retract your statement that his book was entirely inspired by Wright."

I don't believe I used the word "entirely."  The title was borrowed from a speech given by Reverend Wright.  There's no way to quanitify the degree of Wright "inspiration" imbued into the book or the speech, so reasonable minds can differ here.

"I just wish you would wake up and escape that bubble your ensconed in."

When I asked you rhetorically whether you subscribed to Barack Obama's candidacy based on the "hope and change" meme, you attacked me as condescending.  I am fairly sure that if I had instead declared you were "ensconed [sic]" in a "bubble," you would have taken great offense.

I don't believe I am ensconced in any sort of bubble that you reference, nor would I presume to degrade your opinion so definitively.  You have a different opinion on Barack Obama than I do, and that is fine with me.

"The speech was brilliant.  Do you disagree with the ideas of the speech?  If not, what's your issue?"

My primary issue is that the speech's message itself has been eviscerated by Barack Obama's  sudden disavowal of the Reverend last week.  I thought the speech was good when it was delivered.

My view on Wright is two-tiered.  First I have a perspective on the history of Black oppression and the role of the church as a conduit for social change and a harmless outlet for frustration with racism.

Secondly, I have my "politics specs" through which I consider how the implications of public (often distorted) perceptions of Wright will play out in the electorate.

While I am not comfortable with the hyperbolized extremes of Black Liberation Theology, I understand its role and think that closely related Crticial Race Theory has a lot of merit.  That said, I also know how easily these theories can be twisted out of context and understand how politically radioactive the distortions can be.

Re: I'm caustic, b/c you do nothing but...

First, the book I was referring to when I said, "I noticed that you did not deign to retract your statement that his book was entirely inspired by Wright" was "Dreams of My Father."  A book which in this thread you still have not acknowledged exists.  Thus when you said:

He has tied himself in a bind because three of his biggest accomplishments: the book, the big 2004 DNC speech, and the Philly race speech are intextricably linked to his biggest weakness, the perceived radicalism of Rev. Wright's theology and sociopolitical theories.

Obviously "Dreams of My Father" is not tied to Wright and the book and speech titled "The Audacity of Hope" is only tagentially tied to Wright.  And I still reject your premise that these are these are his "biggest" accomplishments.

When I asked you rhetorically whether you subscribed to Barack Obama's candidacy based on the "hope and change" meme, you attacked me as condescending.  I am fairly sure that if I had instead declared you were "ensconed [sic]" in a "bubble," you would have taken great offense.

Excuse me if I respond with repartee after you condescend to me (and that is what your snide remark regarding "hope and change" was meant to do since it implies that Obama is all rhetoric and no substance and thus his supporters are suckers).  I said you were ensconced in a bubble b/c your assessment of Obama's speech and books is so incongruent with objective third parties that it borders on evidence of prejudice (not due to race, but due to some perceived flaw in Obama).

On the issue of Wright, I agree with you that some elements of Black Liberation Theology (and I have not read up on it enough to get a true picture) are extreme to me.  That's why I'm not a Black Liberation Theologist.  I'm glad that you "understand its role," b/c I see a place for it in our society as well.  But you seem to think that Wright is going to continue to be tied to Obama and his BLT is going to paint Obama as a radical.  I think that you ignore the significant money and message advantage the Democrats have this year.  Moreover, I still do not see how the right is going to be able to paint him as a radical.  His demeanor is so calm and reasoned that I think most people will not be able to see him as a radical.  But perhaps I'm naive on that point and he can be painted as a radical.  So can Hillary.  The law firm she clerked for in 1971 has been/is being painted by the right wing media as a "Communist law firm" due to the fact that one of the partners was a Communist and hounded by McCarthy.  Furthermore, she has the most tenuous ties to a Black Panther trial in New Haven.  But this has not stopped them from saying that she defended the Black Panthers.  It's actually funny, b/c she is one of the least radicial politicians I know, but they're still going to try to paint her as such.  And since she has been successful in defining Hillary I think they may be able to again on this front.  But probably not, b/c the Dems will be controlling the message in the fall.  That's the benefit of having all that cash.

"Excuse me if I respond with repartee after you condescend to me (and that is what your snide remark regarding "hope and change" was meant to do since it implies that Obama is all rhetoric and no substance and thus his supporters are suckers)."

It seems to me that the difference here is you infer insults from your perceived secondary and tertiary implications of my comments while I have no need to with yours because the offenses are salient and deliberate.

My view on the speeches "A More Perfect Union" and "The Audacity of Hope" is positive.  As I explained before, I consider them both in terms of how I view them objectively (re: my own view) and how I believe than can be perceived by a different audience (voters, a judge, etc.).

I find that any conclusion excusing Barack Obama for his inconsistent treatment of Rev. Wright and his feigned ignorance of Wright's views and theology is simply the product of results-oriented reasoning.

by BPK80 2008-05-05 11:15AM | 0 recs
Re: I'm caustic, b/c you do nothing but...

You didn't notice that Wright was insulting him.  That is something markedly different than before.  Thus it required a different response from Obama.  Do you stand idly by while your friends call you a liar?  I would hope not.  Generally, at that point I question that friendship, just as Obama did.

Re: I'm caustic, b/c you do nothing but...

Thank you and do you similarly acknowledge that it is an accomplishment that is not tinged by Wright?

by nklein 2008-05-05 04:33PM | 0 recs
Re: You know what

You've either not read the book or not understood a single sentence.

The entire book is the exact oposite of radicalism. It starts with the title, it's about hope and real love for people of all colours, genders, religions and economic backgrounds. It's about bringing people together.
And that is exactly what ties his book to his speech in 2004 and to "a more perfect union". And that's also what finally caused the rift between Barack and Jeremiah Wright. Wright wants to fight for black people that need it, Barack wants to fight for people that need it.

Is he even good at winning elections?

"he doesnt' do much as a legislator. Other than win elections"

I submit that he has ONLY won any elections by "gaming" caucuses in this elections and previously by legally clearing the deck so he didn't have to compete in an honest-to-god vote counting election.

I understand that his book is clearly not written by a Rhodes Scholar either.  I haven't read it but have heard it is pitiful as literature and only interesting in that it contradicts so much of what he says in speeches.

The faults in this comment are so numerous that it would take a diary to completely refute all the horseshit in it.  But I will say that he has won as many primaries as she has and more states.  And that is even though he was on one less ballot.

I understand that his book is clearly not written by a Rhodes Scholar either.  I haven't read it but have heard it is pitiful as literature and only interesting in that it contradicts so much of what he says in speeches.

This speaks volumes about you.  That you would malign the writing of a work that you've never read.  How many books have you written?  How many of them are best-sellers?  The most revealing thing about your comments is that it shows that you're not a Rhodes scholar.

Bwah hah hah, Kos a site for Democrats- pull the other one.
You Obamacans, including Kos were yuppie Republicans up till around 2004. HRC supporters are almost all lifelong Liberal Democrats making under 50K- we are the real Democrats, as is obvious by the Republican like tactics you Kossaks have "treated" HRC supporters to this election cycle. We REAL Liberal Democrats don't do that kind of crap are are pissed off at you pseudo progressive yuppie Obamacans having the stupidity to say we aren't Democrats, when it's your crew that aren't Democrats. You have absolutely not one clue about what being a lifelong liberal Democrat is about. I was brought up in a liberal Democratic household, I registered as a Democrat when I turned 18 in 1984. I voted for Jesse Jackson Sr.  in the 1988 primary. Unlike Mr. Elitist Obama, Jesse Sr, very much reflected the liberal Democratic wing of the party.

CREDIT?!

Credit?  No credit.  dKos was responsible for pushing the story, gleefully sending it to every available media outlet.  dKos posters filled the Indianapolis Star online with reports of this fraudulent crap, and the Indianapolis radio stations as well.  They did the same all over the State.  They were responsible for a feeding frenzy of outright fraud, ELECTION FRAUD intended to change people's votes through a lie.  They kept doing it, even as it became obvious it was a sham. They kept doing it, even after Kantor denied it.  They kept doing it, even after the director said it was a manufactured falsehood.  Then, finally, after the damage was done and the lie had no more legs, they said in tiny littly insincere voices, "oops, okay, now we'll take it down."  Did a single one of them email the Indy Star and say "please remove my damned lies"?  Did they even post on the same forums and say "I was wrong, please disregard"?  Did they call the radio stations, or the friends they spoke to or emailed?

Fuck credit.  None is deserved.

I wouldn't think so.

I assume the JD in SluggoJD means Sluggo is a lawyer.  I'm sure s/he knows very well that to be wrong about something like this on a prominent internet site is begging to be sued.

He's LIBELED Mickey Kantor, certainly, it would appear.  I think the harm he'll likely feel is to his wallet--Clinton supporters don't roll that way.

Hopefully it will be a good big bite he feels, and perhaps it will serve to dissuade him from libeling a guy who had a reputation as a civil rights activist in that fashion ever again.

Another small update - spiderman, spiderman...

Wow, sometimes evidence stares you in the face, and you don't make a connection until you are dead tired lol...

As I mentioned in a previous diary, Politikewl appeared to be Scott Dimeler, owner of PrecisionChaos.net, from Middletown, PA.

Well, I think I can safely remove the word "appeared" from that sentence now.

At precisionchaos.net, there is an image of a spider at the top of the page.

And at You Tube, Politikewl has a spider image as well.  In both cases, the colors are red and black.

Therefore Scott Dimeler IS Politikewl, like I believed last night, aka Jiggles@gmail.com.  This is his picture.

Try taking it a little slower, and step by step - it's all laid out, and I even posted a bonus right above your post, outing the notorious Politekewl.

And don't make me angry...I'm tired.

Thanks!
John

That should be "Politikewl."

Man, I'm tired.

You did not lay out the connections to barackobama.com.  Are you saying this person has a profile on my.barackobama.com?  Your guilt by association accusations are simply fascinating.

Re: lol

Let's look a little closer at my resume'...

I outed Robert Pelletier, aka therealrobp, posing as various names on the internets.  He owns blackboxwatch.com, which pretended to be a site for truth and justice, and claims to have nothing to do with any voting machine vendors.

I've outed all the lies that have been told about Bev Harris.  Now I'm not saying she is perfect...heroes are humans too, and everyone has flaws, but she is a fighter.

I outed Jeremy Lowe, aka so many names it would take all night to post them lol, who together with his accomplices posted a lot of disinformation for over 168 straight hours back in 2004.

I've made AnonymousArmy, a devious entity who teamed up with Freepers to go after Andy Stephenson when he was dying of cancer, obsolete.  "AA" will never fool people again.  Sure, I don't agree with some of what Andy did in his last few months, but what they did was inhuman.

So would you like to talk about the Lakers?

by SluggoJD 2008-05-03 11:06PM | 0 recs
lol x2

More craziness. The only verifiable part of that post was a website that doesn't exist.

And next time you brag about your resume make sure people have heard of the people.

As for Ms. Harris. I take all I need to know about you from your claim that she has somehow been redeemed, by your work no less.

I guess in a few years you will claim to have proved Obama gave Hillary the finger, and it somehow magically made hillary the winner.

And I see you avoided answering the living with your mom jab. It shows however that you aren't a liar, just delusional.

Remove the guy's name from the diary. untill you hactually have evidence. Not Bevidence.

Re: lol x2

You've been here for 2-3 days.  You're obviously scoping me out really fast for a reason.  And you're intellectually dishonest.

I doubt you'll be here long with your current screenname.  For all I know, you could be AA.  AA's writing style always gives him away.

Here is the link to blackboxwatchdog.com.  So much for it not existing.

As for my mom, I do not live with her, as if it has anything to do with anything.

Now be a good little troll, and go to bed.

John

Ok there chief.

I have been here for longer 2-3 days, don't flatter yourself.

Your hugely ironic post the other night just happened to be my first reply.

Your posting here in this subthread is so sloppy in the facts and evidence I feel for the guy in the op if anyone takes you seriously.

Cheerio.

Re: Infamous YouTube - BingoFrogger

THANK YOU JOHN!!!  I wonder if Jake Tapper will brush the crumbs from his greasy tie and wipe the mayo off his chin, and waddle forward to check this out?

It's certainly interesting that he was so eager to swallow the bait dangled before him, likely by one of the people you named, but he couldn't call up any of those crack "internets" types at ABC to do a little digging into who DID this horrible thing!

You have performed a profound public service.  Bless you!  I hope Mickey Kantor sues them BLUE!

lynching party ???

What's next. The invitation to a lynching party ??

Casting blame on someone on such flimsy evidence is crazy, but hey, who made you prosecutor and judge anyway.

If you really think the garbage you posted above is relevant, you should send it to Mr. Cantor or his lawyer and not post it on a website.
Start behaving like an adult.

I'll give you credit

for the work, and though your conclusions are tenuous, you're at least upfront enough to say so.  Right or wrong though, it's a shame your diary again brought out the absolute worst among HRC supporters, the very unmitigated Obama hate that allows Rove or whoever to peddle this kind of shit in the first place.

It constantly amazes me here that even the most ephemeral allegation can be seized on as incontrovertible fact and proof that Barack Obama is the anti-Christ of politics.  Unlike your work in this diary, too many HRC folks wouldn't know reason and logic if it hit them upside the head.  Sadly, it's devalued your efforts here.

i'm curious as to WHO put the blame on Obamas

campaign here?

by sepulvedaj3 2008-05-04 08:38AM | 0 recs
Re: i'm curious as to WHO

Not sure why you're asking me.  I didn't say anyone here in this diary blamed Obama's campaign.  I did allege that the diary spawned a fresh wave of irrational Obama hatred among the HRC faithful, and I'll stand by that.

Good Job, SluggoJD!!!!!!

We all thank you and I am guessing that Mr. Kantor also thanks you.  This kind of thing should be prosecuted no matter who is helped by it or who is harmed by it.  We do NOT need any more dishonesty inserted into our political campaigns.  I only wish that we could trust others who are running to run as clean and ethical elections has Hillary is running.  That, alone, is a huge reason to support Hillary.

Thank you.  Highly recommended.

this thing has to be followed up, that the super delegates should see what kind of change can be expected from the obama crowd

Super fantastic job.  Thank you.

Jake Tapper should be suspended and think about another line of work.  He couldnt even make one phone call to check get his facts straight.

I knew this video was a hoax

from the moment I saw the controversial phrase "white n-word".  I live in the south and never in my life have heard that phrase.

"Oreo Cookie" yes.

Also, this was a 16 year old documentary that was tweaked, don't you think "white n-word" would be just as bad then as it was now ?

Good job investigating, the only surprise was that an Obama supporter was behind it. Sad.

Re: I knew this video was a hoax

Good job investigating, the only surprise was that an Obama supporter was behind it. Sad.
You can temper your sadness with the fact that the diarist has not proven anything.  I'll not deny it's an interesting bit of rooting around; but the evidence is circumstantial at best, and even if everything he's speculated about were true, it still doesn't lay it at Obama's feet in the slightest.  So cheer up.

by rb608 2008-05-04 05:44AM | 0 recs
well even if an Obama supporter

didnt Make the video, the bullshit WAS peddled by Obama supporters which is at LEAST equally sad, if not more pathetic.

by sepulvedaj3 2008-05-04 08:41AM | 0 recs
Re: well even if an Obama supporter

Sadly, that's not true either.  Despite the "detective" work in the diary, there's still nothing but biased conjecture as to who made the video or promoted it.  As for Obama supporters, you're just dead wrong.  On dObama, the video was greeted with widespread skepticism and was pretty much disowned as a likely Rovian stunt, not as a gotcha against HRC.

by rb608 2008-05-04 03:39PM | 0 recs
Besides the Obama supporters

on here,

Just look at the people on Youtube who posted it on their sites.

I never said it was universally Obama supporters, but the ones that did, that were Obama supporters, god help them, they are fucked up.

who to SUE, BIG TIME.

Re: Infamous YouTube - BingoFrogger

This really resolves nothing for me.  I assumed this was the work of some overzealous Obama supporter somewhere all along.  That his name may be Jamaal Boone, that he may be in California, and that he will probably now get harassed if not death threats (whether he did it or not) really doesn't resolve much for me.  The rec list on this site has really jumped the shark.  Why don't you list his address and phone number too -Michelle Malkin style?

by SpideyDem 2008-05-04 06:01AM | 0 recs
And by the way Sluggo...

If you are wrong about this, there is a risk that someone may put some energy into finding out who YOU are and take appropriate legal action.  Mickey Kantor is not the only person who can sue for defamation.  This was the wrong way to go about this.  You should have sent this to Mickey Kantor or his lawyers if you cared about remedying a wrong instead of haphazardly blabbing to the world.
