I direct my anger at the fool of a party leader we have in this great state. She is a total moron.
There is no reason why we should have the gop senator we have, the empty-seat MIA governor we have, or about three central Florida representatives in the House that we have.
Leadership & strategy: MIA.
Obama was just working hard and playing by the rules. To protest that is silly and futile since he already won and will likely win the state in the fall if he gives it the kind of attention he is doing this week. Protest the pathetic FL dem leadership instead.
I donated to this site during your last fund raising thingy. I enjoy this site despite my primary candidate leanings.
I look forward to the day when MYDD and other sites having such vigorous primary disagreements can merge into a mighty McSame-defeating force....much like the transforming Constructicons merge into the mighty Devastator.
Despite the arguing, none of us really need another Roberts and Scalia after November.
My daughter sure doesn't.
I just finished it and will be posting an interview I did with Waldman in the weekly Sunday Talk series at Dkos this weekend. The book details years of media lusting of McCain and explores how he manipulates them. It made me laugh and also made me a little angry and want to fight back.
I can't wait to read "The Real McCain". I am a HUGE Cliff fan.
From the blog scanning I have done the last year, this was the first major progressive blog to openly declare it's time to take on McCain. Matt Stoller especially. The first site to castigate our elected Dem leaders who won't ever say anything critical of him.
Which brings me to John Edwards.
Credit is seriously due to Edwards for coining the political phrase of the year's first quarter: "The McCain Doctrine".
It got lots of play, he announced it on a major Sunday show, and it effectively tied McCain to Iraq and Bush.
Kudos to all who work to end the presidential aspirations of John Sidney McCain the 3rd.
