Where is John Edwards in all this Kennedy flap? Someone on TV made a point that Obama talks about anti-establishment and then has represent him, the Kennedies, who are the "ultimate" Washington insiders. Edwards should have been the one making that point.
You have shamelessly twisted this story which is really pathetic to fit the story you want people to believe. You conveniently left out this:
And, at around 4 p.m. Monday, as we entered Richardson's office on the fourth floor of the state Capitol here, Richardson was finishing up a 15-minute phone conversation.
"That was Teddy," Richardson told The Trail. Sen. Ted Kennedy, who alongside his niece Caroline and son Patrick endorsed Obama at a packed rally at American University just hours before, is scheduled to stump for the Illinois senator in northern New Mexico Wednesday night. Kennedy is urging Richardson to support Obama. "Teddy's argument is that Obama can bring people together," Richardson said. "That's his rationale."
But Richardson considers Kennedy, who's long been respected by Hispanics, as "a mentor." In 1982, when Richardson ran for Congress for the second time -- he lost two years before -- Kennedy flew to Santa Fe and campaigned for him. "That might have been the reason I was elected,"
So in other words, his "past ties" could easily have also meant Kennedy but you hide that fact just to make it appear like it was about Hillary. Have you no shame or decency at all? You OBama people will stoop to anything, lie about anything- it's DISGUSTING.
My sister was watching and told me about this while it was on and I didn't believe her- she swore that is what she saw- I couldn't imagine though that is what happened- whatever happened, obviously those watching believed they saw it like they described. Bizarre.
I don't know, it's hard for me to believe Jackson is doing it out of "class"- there has to be some other reason.
I don't think it was that innocent, I think Bill got angry at the reporter who mentioned Obama saying it took two of them to take him on and he still beat both of them- and that was his sort of angry response to that- that he had an advantage they didn't and that's why he won. It was a slip of the tongue - he should not have said it, but I don't think he meant it to actually influence anyone- it was just more a retaliatory dig.
