Google Me An Elephant

At the dawn of the Cunningham Investigation blogging, the electronic elfs came up with a lot of detail on Brent Wilkes, and then Mitch Wade. Revelations that Wilkes used an army of various Republican affiliated individuals. Wade used more of an Abramoff approach and hired away experienced and connected government employees. The name of David Perez was mentioned, but quickly faded into the muck. It may be resurfacing.
On 3/14/2006, WNDU.com (South Bend, Ind) reported that Joseph Crowley of Hilton Head, S.C., and the honcho of Healthcare Resources Group had plead guilty to healthcare fraud. It seems that HRG was pretty well hooked-up in Indiana and that the good people there are out millions.
It would appear that this grand old party started out with the elephant departing San Diego, with a stop-over in Utah, amalgamating in Canada, and then landing in Indiana.
Prior to takeoff, Perez was linked to LF Global. Misters Friedman and Levy lost their investors $65 million (references below). In addition, he was involved with Daniel Schreiber of Granite Capital Partners who's Global investment produced a negative return of over 90 percent.
Mr Schreiber was also involved with some investments in Canada:
Healthcare Resources Group, Networc Health Care, Columbia Health Care, and others. His fellow principles included Frank King, Tom Saunders, Iain Harris, Robert Allen, William EEuwes, and Richard Ehlert.
I'll summarize, you google the elephant for yourself. I get a Richard Ehlert at the State of Texas Building and Procurement Board; a John Ehlert being on Elizabeth Dole's Presidential Finance Committee; a Tom Saunders, Republican, in the Indiana State House; a Bill Frist HCA/Columbia Healthcare; and, a GS Consulting Services (Crowley), that primarily handles online gambling.
Granted, it's early in the morning and I may be groggily wrong on this, but it's worth a peek.
