Gore to Florida! UPDATED with Times & Location

The shortest diary I've ever written.  (Or likely will write)

Al & Tipper Gore head to Florida tomorrow for rallies in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.   If that doesn't bring this home I don't know what will.

It has been a VERY long eight years.

Aside from the obvious message, this is going to drive the news cycle for another full day. Check the Mark Salter story in the Post & feel for his poor overactive pager. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/10/29/AR2008102904035.html?hpid=topnewsFresh event details after the bump

Since this diary was so brief, let me throw in a shout-out to Roger Simon who seems to have blown a fuse today. The Maverick on Maverick drama just became too much for Roger. No quotes this time, see all the scathing scorn for yourselves: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/15073.html

How's this for a scary thought

If he had won, it may very well have been Lieberman we are supporting!

Still, would have much rather have had Gore than Bush
