It is like Fox News says jump and the Administration asks how high.
Andrew Breitbart isn't going to change just because he's been caught. He'll double down on stupid. Fox will spin itself out of it especially since Glenn Beck gave a contrarian view. But will the Administration admit that they acted in haste in forcing a resignation?
the word barbecue comes from the Spanish word barbacoa which in turns comes from the Arawak Taíno language that was predominant in the northern part of the Greater Antilles before the arrival of Europeans in the 15th century.
Other words from Spanish which I would tend to believe in heavy use in Idaho would include lasso and rodeo.
ã and õ are used in Luso-Gallician languages such as Portuguese and Gallego.
the ñ is found in Leonese, Asturian and Castillian. Castillian is what the rest of the world knows as Spanish but in Spain each regional language has its own Academy hence it is La Real Academia de la Lengua Castellana and not the Real Academia de la Lengua Española. The ñ sound is also present in Catalan but spelled ny so España (Spain in Spanish) becomes Espanya (Spain in Catalan).
We are rather attached to the ñ. When the EU tried to standardize keyboards and it omitted the ñ (keyboards in Spain and Latin America come with it), it caused a furor that forced Brussels to relent.
Utah btw is the only state never to have ratified the 17th Amendment. I believe that one of the candidates for the Senate there has made it part of his platform.
