McCain cares nothing about domestic policy, and Bill Kristol, who as Quayle's COS has "White House experience", is part of McCain's kitchen cabinet. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see him as a deputy COS, which I believe was one of Rove's titles, in a McCain WH.
Leaving the stage without asking for money was a huge gaffe.
Stop making excuses.
Excuses? Do you read the papers? I do have some disposable income that I'll be donating, but I'm a lot more interested in getting the Udalls, Tom Allen, Darcy Burner, Al Franken and others into office than I am with maintaining Chelsea's inheritance. As the example of Romney demonstrates, the Clintons can take care of their own debt and still be quite wealthy.
Yeah, Joe Biden, the Kennedys, Tom Daschle, Dick Durbin, John Kerry, George McGovern.... Barack Obama sure is all about dissing any Democrat who's been in Washington more than sixteen years....
Obama can't make people give money, and the fact is everyone knows the Clintons have more money than god, even more than Cindy McCain. Times are too tough, too many races are too tight for people to be lining up to bail out Mark Penn.
Your Deep Concern for the good of the country and the people who will really be affected by a McCain presidency is touching.
Ironic that almost to the day of the third anniversary of Katrina, you would so airily dismiss the consequences of a McCain presidency by announcing your intention to emigrate. Ironic and revealing.
In one of your other posts, you mentioned Hillary Clinton being adored by the poor of the 'third world'. To which alternate residence are poor Iranians supposed to repair when McCain starts dropping bombs on Tehran?
