You wanted it - well you GOT IT!

Hot off the Presses: Barack ATTACKS McSame's brand, head-on.

Edited w/ transcript

   Narrator: He's the original maverick.

   Silent Super: Really?

McSame:"The president and I agree on most issues.  There was a recent study that showed that I voted with the president over 90% of the time..."

Narrator: John McCain supports Bush's tax cuts for millionaires, but nothing for a hundred million households.

He's for billions in new oil company giveaways, while gas prices soar.

And for tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas.

   The original maverick?

Or just more of the same?

Barack: I'm Barack Obama and I approve this message

Remember, the Corporate Media Outlets DO NOT give us the same free air time they give to their idol, McCrush.

It's ALL up to us.

► That's RIGHT - He's BAAAAAAD!!

These were Barack's wheels in Iraq - a V22 Osprey.

Man, he's stylin' - it's no wonder why McSame is such a jealous old prick.

Booooooo YAH!!!

► Another chapter in our continuing feature, promoting Baaadaaassss Women who break the mold.

187th Airborne (Folgore)

BONUS: Big Hat tip to BlueinColorado

Can't wait for the sequel?

I got a feeling the above clip will be coming to TeeVee near you.

Billo da Clown: Did you vote for President bush?

McSame: I voted for Bush in 2000 and 2004.

And not only that, far more important than a vote, I campaigned everywhere in America for him.

I enjoyed it. I campaigned with him. I did everything I could to get him elected and reelected president.

My God, he said just three months ago (May 8, 2008).

With the nomination in hand he should have been running from Bush, not reciting the Bush-Cheney loyalty oath.

Ooooop, He Did It Again - McSame Just Undercut his Tire Gauge Attack

► Hat Tip to JTRicher

A few hours ago, at a town hall meeting, McSame undermined days of attacks on by adopting Barack's call for tire inflation.

McSame:"And could I mention that Senator Obama a couple of days ago said that we ought to all inflate our tires, and I don't disagree with that. The American Automobile Association strongly recommends it."

Re: Paris is Smokin'.....something.

On it's surface, the video in question would seem to be a slap at McCain.  There is a serious downside for Obama as well, unfortunately.

As Ms. Hilton has a large fan following (a following that does not include yours truly), this is going to get a lot of air time on both TV and the Web.  That means more exposure for the misconception that offshore drilling is a short-term answer for high energy prices.  It is not!  We won't see one drop of oil for 10 years, and the quantities we would see will not have a signifigant impact on global supply.  Drilling is not a short-term, medium-term or long-term solution for anything, no matter what scrawny, over-exposed blonds or over-the-hill reactionary senators have to say.

The way to help Obama is to push conservation and renewable energies as the way forward.  Continued stopgaps are not economically or environmentally viable.

Re: Paris is Smokin'.....something.

She's got nice stems.

I think it's a mistake to get into a policy debate with Ms. Hilton. No matter what, you end up looking like a fool. If you're a Republican you look like a fool because Paris Hilton just schooled you on energy. If you're a Democrat you look like a fool because why the hell are you arguing policy with Paris Hilton?

Re: Paris is Smokin'.....something.

You're right on the politics of it.  According to KO last night, the Obama campaign response was "Whatever."  Good move on Bill Burton's part.  It is still regrettable that the drumbeat for more oil drilling is getting louder rather than softer.

Re: Paris is Smokin' SOMETHING
LOL, just heard the Paris Hilton ad replayed on NPR.
And yesterday, Daniel Shore talked about McCain's burning resentment (resulting in the original "celebrity" ad) that Obama is getting all the press.
Al, we need to find you a girlfriend, you're too good for Paris. She's an empty (bathing) suit.

Re: Paris is Smokin' SOMETHING

She may be empty inside, but she fills out the suit quite nicely.
