As if Obama didn't have enough trouble with the 'Bitter and Gun Clinging" fiasco this week, he is now faced with some serious revelations that could potentially end his candidacy.

(NEW YORK)(April 15, 2008) Chicago's Number One media analyst, Obama expert and Internet columnist Andy Martin will hold a 4:00 P.M. New York City news conference today, April 15th, to condemn Senator Barack Obama's latest prevarications and "lapse of memory" as reflected in the Tony Rezko trial.

Indeed the case is very much about Mr. Obama.
The Chicago media have sold the nation the biggest pig-in-a-poke in recent political history. They have sold Obama as the great savior, the Teflon 'hope,' when Obama is merely just another glib Sammy Glick, who challenged the Chicago Democratic Machine until he got his own slice of the pie, and then quietly slept with Emil Jones and the other slimy machine hacks in The Party.
If there was such a tort (legal wrong) as journalistic malpractice, all of Chicago's media should be put on trial and charged with defrauding the American people about Barack Obama. They wanted him to win, because he was a good story, and a great local story, and they engineered his ascent while fully aware of the cancer behind the curtain.

"Obama recently went to the Tribune and Sun-Times and promised to make a clean breast of 'everything.' And he lied all over again. How did he just manage to forget he had been an ornament at a Rezko soiree at which the guest of honor was one of the richest men in the world?

There has been buzz claiming that the Rezko "scandal" will be Obama's undoing.

For those who don't know, Obama purchased a house for $1.65M, which was, in his words, "a stretch." The home was half of a property that was being subdivided with the stipulation that both halves close on the same day; however Obama was financially unable to purchase the adjoining property. He had told his friends the Rezkos about his interest in the home; Rita Rezko purchased the additional (vacant) property for $625,000. Obama purchased some (a 10' strip) of this land from Rezko for $104,500; Rezko then sold the property for a net profit of $40,000.

The implication is that Rezko was doing Obama a favor in return for political favoritism. First of all, there is little evidence of this (the fact that Rezko made a $40,000 profit on the land deal hurts the bribery charge considerably). But more to the point, it is being asserted by Clinton supporters that this transaction will be a political drag on the Obama campaign in the generals, and thus we ought to all demand that he drop out, or something. This is simply untrue.

Obama's Uncle's Dog's Veterinarian is a Quack! The Obama campaign is finished. The latest revelations are shocking. We know, because FOX News said so. Also George Will and
my Aunt's neighbor thinks it is over.

Barack Obama, we hardly knew ye. Your Uncle's dog's veterinarian is an integral part of your campaign. You can't run away from that. This is  the dog that your kids played with. Or are you saying that you did not visit your uncle with your children? Because we would find that even more interesting.

This is the same veterinarian  that vaccinated that dog you know so well.  We are shocked by the outrageous comments by the veterinarian. The inhumanity! How dare he?
