Update [2007-5-6 20:0:56 by Jonathan Singer]: We're on-air now...
As Sunday night approaches, you know what that means. MyDD blog talk radio at 8pm! And unlike HBO, you don't have to pay for MyDD BTR. This week co-hosts Aaron Banks, Jonathan Singer, and myself will be breaking down the GOP post-debate spin and other developments from this week.
The call-in number for the show is (646) 652-2585. You can also send us an instant message using AIM to "MyDDdotCOM". If you do not use AIM, you can send an email under the subject line "MyDD Blog Talk Radio" to jonathan-at-mydd-dot-com with the same information. If you prefer, you can also leave your question or comment in this thread. And take a listen below to our post Republican debate show from Thursday.
As promised we have a great MyDD Blog Talk Radio show coming up at 7 p.m. EST tonight. While Jonathan Singer is out celebrating his birthday "Portland Style" (whatever that means) co-hosts Aaron Banks and I will be joined by special guest host Lauren Wolfe, President of the College Democrats of America. It should be a great show and a lot of fun.
Lauren and the College Democrats are doing a lot of outreach with new media like the blogosphere and the netroots, as you can tell from this audio podcast interview she did with former DNC Blogger Tracy Russo. You can listen to it below.
The call-in number for the show is (646) 652-2585. If yu want to ask a question or make a comment, please send an instant message using AIM to "MyDDdotCOM" with your first name and/or username, your topic and/or question, and the telephone number you're calling from. We won't save or distribute your number but need it to discern between callers. If you do not use AIM, please send an email under the subject line "MyDD Blog Talk Radio" to contactadamconner AT gmail DOT com with the same information. If you prefer, you can also leave your question or comment in this thread.
Tomorrow (Sunday), MyDD Blog Talk Radio will hit the internet airwaves as usual at 7 p.m. EST. However, in a small change, Aaron Banks and I will be hosting without the usual presence of third co-host Jonathan Singer, who will be on hiatus to celebrate his birthday. But have no fear, 2/3's of the shows hosts will still provide 100% of the show you have all come to love. We might even be joined by a few random friends or you you can call-in and help us temporarily replace Singer!
I'm taking suggestions for tomorrow's "Quick Quips" segment, lets hear from you, what kind of zany newsbit do you want to hear us dish on tomorrow night? Leave suggestions in the comments below!
