We all know that the Religious Right are a bunch of fuckin nuts but so are some of their Islamic counterparts in Iran. When 2 fanatical religions collide the only outcome will be certain death especially when both groups are eagerly awaiting the end times. It would be a bloodbath for both sides if the NEO-CONS attack Iran we must do everything possible to prevent this insane act from occuring.

The 12th-Imam sect of Shia Islam is also known as the Twelvers.
The current President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a member of this Shite sect.

Painting of the 12 Imans. The hidden or lost Imam which is also the last Imam is at the far left of the above picture.

When I heard the news, my head exploded with strip ideas. I couldn't decide which to do so I put them in a short series.
One of the most hateful men in America is now dead. What are politicians saying?
Dr. Falwell was a man of distinguished accomplishment who devoted his life to serving his faith and country." Sen. John McCain
How did he serve? Teaching hate and intolerance to Americans under the guise of "religion."
"An American who built and led a movement based on strong principles and strong faith has left us." Mitt Romney
We all have great respect for him." Rudy Giuliani.
Uh, Rudy, some of us don't. Do you also respect Pol Pot? David Duke? Fred Phelps maybe?
Falwell will only be missed by the worst of us and you must be one of them.
To see the all four strips in the series hit the flip.

According to ex-liberal neo-con Bush administration buddy Christopher Hitchens, Karl Rove is an atheist. Here's an excerpt from his interview with New York magazine's Boris Kachka:
Has anyone in the Bush administration confided in you about being an atheist?
Well, I don't talk that much to them--maybe people think I do. I know something which is known to few but is not a secret. Karl Rove is not a believer, and he doesn't shout it from the rooftops, but when asked, he answers quite honestly. I think the way he puts it is, "I'm not fortunate enough to be a person of faith."What must Bush make of that?
I think it's false to say that the president acts as if he believes he has God's instructions. Compared to Jimmy Carter, he's nowhere. He's a Methodist, having joined his wife's church in the end. He also claims that Jesus got him off the demon drink. He doesn't believe it. His wife said, "If you don't stop, I'm leaving and I'm taking the kids." You can say that you got help from Jesus if you want, but that's just a polite way of putting it in Texas.
Creating religious video games to spread the word of the Lord? We need to stop trying to convert others to our own preferred religion and respect other people’s beliefs. This type of "brainwashing" is directed towards children and teenagers in order to influence them at a young age. I do not believe this game should be taken off the shelf because I believe in the concept of free speech. However, I do though believe that this is a low blow by the religious community trying to “brainwash” children to think a certain way. Using children as way to stay in power is used by dangerous dictators in past history.
All over the news is Ted Haggard, the (now former) leader of the influential National Association of Evangelicals, being caught paying for a male prostitute. Wow, those Republicans sure are a racy bunch! My favorite part is that the male prostitute is 49 years old! How sweet!
It sucks to be a fundamentalist christian right now...
I remember when I first saw Ted Haggard. I was at home with my parents and we were watching the Sunday morning news, a tradition in my household. They were debating something to do with evolution, or abortion or gay marriage or one of those nonsensical things that the Christian Taliban gets all hot and bothered about.
In one of those windows (you know the ones where they have the different window panels with a talking-head in each one) was Ted Haggard. I looked at him and my Gaydar immediately went off. I said, "That guy is gay." To my amazement (not surprise) he was one of the Christian Taliban's talking heads.... even though I thought he was Fire Island FLAMING
Well check this out:
A Denver male hustler claims to have had a pay-for-play relationship for several years with evangelist Ted Haggard - one of the leaders of the move to ban same-sex marriage in Colorado.
What can I say other than I CALLED IT!!
The story gets juicier...
When the silent and believing majority keep their spirituality locked up and private as we were "Constitutionally taught" in civics classes, today's moral propagandists diminish each of us and our trusting quiet respect for Constitutional privacy.
We are those who must speak up and bring about a shut-up of the blowhards.
Prior to the 2004 election, Dr. Jerry Falwell wrote in a newsletter and on his Web site:
"I believe it is the responsibility of every political conservative, every evangelical Christian, every pro-life Catholic, and every traditional Jew, every Reagan Democrat, and everyone in between to get serious about re-electing President Bush."
Reverend Falwell, national chairman of the Faith and Values Coalition and Moral Majority founder, also labeled the National Organization for Women (NOW) the "National Order of Witches," and called Americans United for Separation of Church and State "an anti-Christ" group.
His heavy jowled Jabba-the-Hut appearance depends on the notion the listeners revere him as one of God's mouthpieces. We have no obligation to buy into that for any reason.
26 year old, Blaine Hogan has had enough. He is tired and exhausted that so few people seem to be speaking for so many. He is tired of empty Religion. He is tired of injustice. He has decided to go to Mars. Will you join him?
