I want to congratulate Hillary and her supporters on the win in West Virginia. I know her GOTV operation there was excellent and that got a lot of voters energized. That absolutely rocks.
Any Obama supporters who want to join me in this, kindly post here.
Maybe REC this up so HRC supporters can see it?
The Hillary propaganda machine is going into overdrive lambasting Obama for skipping West Virginia. Does Obama think West Virginians don't matter? Did Obama forget there is still a primary contest going on?
Let's be honest with ourselves, people. Obama was never going to win WV. If Hillary dropped out two months ago she'd probably still win WV. He isn't going to win WV in the fall. It's never been part of his path to the White House. So, he has no reason to campaign there.
If Hillary thinks every vote is so important, why didn't she campaign for the following contests:
Idaho
Nebraska
Kansas
Hawaii
D.C.
Illinois
North Dakota
Wyoming
Obama has run more of a 50 state strategy than Hillary, to bash him for ignoring WV is totally hypocritical and requires a HUGE cognitive dissonance on the part of Hillary supporters. Clinton is playing up WV because it is her best state, it's pure politics, and it's quite naive to believe otherwise.
I've got mine:
HRC 61
BO 38
Edwards 1
I think Hillary's tremendous poll lead will keep some of her supporters home (She doesn't need me. She's got it wrapped up). and the media narrative will keep some others home ( She doesn't need me, He's got it wrapped up). Obama's enthusiastic but relatively small number of supporters will show up for their candidate... over performing his expected number and giving him a slight bump in the final tally.
Hillary still wins by a wide margin, Obama over performs expectations... nothing changes in the race.
Let's hear yours.
We all know that Hillary is going to win in a landslide in West Virginia, but today she received the endorsement of the Charleston, West Virginia Newspaper. Even in the midst of a media blitz for Clinton to "get out", she continues to receive important endorsements. Text follows:
ENDORSEMENT OF HILLARY CLINTON
A Yale-educated lawyer, a former congressional staffer and former first lady of Arkansas, Hillary Clinton stumbled awkwardly onto the national stage. The Clintons, it was said, did not know the ways of Washington.
She was ridiculed for fashion choices at her husband's inaugural in 1992. She was excoriated for trying to bypass Congress and make health care policy herself.
But Hillary's history is that she keeps going, as she has during this primary campaign.
This trait has produced a broad, deep background in policy. She has been an activist for children, migrant laborers, civil rights, higher standards in education, the Children's Health Insurance Program and more.
She won a U.S. Senate seat in New York in 2000 and was re-elected by a larger margin in 2006. No one questions her readiness for Washington any more.
Now Hillary would be president, and Bill would be not baking the cookies or pouring the tea. Some Americans can't countenance the prospect of another Clinton co-presidency.
Either Democrat will have a tough time this fall against Republican John McCain, whose service, policy experience and bipartisan accomplishments trump Hillary's.
Of the Democrats, though, Hillary would be the stronger candidate.
A WEST VIRGINIA WELCOME
Hillary: $2.5 Million raised in last two hours!
Keep it up!
It's time to refill the coffers!
Here's an idea, give half of the "stimulus" check that George W is sending you to Hillary. Keep half of this money for yourself, and use the other half to put the person in the White House that will change your life!
Think about it.
How much of a slap in Bush's face is it to fund Hillary with the money he sent to you?!
I owe this idea to my partner, and it's a great one!
How much will Hillary raise by morning? It's up to you!

Don't just hope for change, Vote for it!
Hillary 2008!
Apparently, we've found where Barack Obama must have gotten his inspiration for his "bitter and clinging to religion and xenophobia" comments. I think this is a very real portrayal of how Barack Obama feels like PA and rural Americans are:
