No, this is not a bad homophobic joke from the 60's that your dad would hear at a 'stag party'.

Actually, it's a bad joke from campaign 2008.  

Why do John McCain, Joe Lieberman and Lindsay Graham always seem to be traveling somewhere together?

Seriously, every time McCain gets on a plane, it seems he's with both of the two other Stooges.  

I can't help but wonder what they'd each shout as each one in turn put on their parachutes and jumped off the plane.  

BTW - - far be it from me to imply anything about any "confirmed bachelors" in the Republican Party.  After all, according to the gossip column in the Miami Herald, Charlie Crist now has a girlfriend!  Not a friend who's a girl, but a living, breathing, qualifies-me-for-national-office, this-ought-to-shut-up-the-rumor-mongers, girlfriend!  If Charlie at age 52 can finally meet the right gal, there's hope for Lindsay!

I'm getting the impression that Lindsey handles clean-up duties. He was the one who stepped in and gave an answer after McCain could only respond with an annoyed "Please..." when asked about his service record yesterday.

Lindsey also did immediate damage-control after that doofus young vet republican said, "You can have your Tiger Woods, we've got John McCain."

Is there actual evidence about Lindsey Graham? I have no problem bringing up the issue for hypocrites where the evidence is fairly obvious (Larry Craig, David Dreier, Ken Mehlman, Dana Rohrbacher). Crist is kind of a borderline case. But Graham? I'd call that a smear unless there's something a little more concrete.
