M**r 28 appeared as a panelist alongside Sister Souljah and Bill Kristol, who made out on the dais.

Bill Clinton spoke during the conference on restrained morality and the sins of adultery, as did Bill Cosby and other speakers, but not at the panel M*r 28 attended.

M*r 28 spoke at the Troll's Event, but referenced Bill Clinton in his rant --- his presence at the conference was the impetus for his raving, it seems.

For about 30 minutes, M*r 28 launched into a rant about the evils of Obama, and how Obama is to blame for the problems of Africa/America/Trollica. M*R 2*8 personally blamed future President Obama for the deaths of millions of Trolls and said America is responsible for the genocide of the McCain trolls and other despised groups.

He then launched into an attack on "orangey", and talked about solutions to kos on kos crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto troll America.

His rant was fueled by the crowd: they reacted strongly to what he said, so he got more passionate and enraged, and that's when he completely loses it and says things that have made the mouths drop of every troll/noquarter troll who's seen this/thinks they've seen this/thinks they may see this/wants to see this/is making the tape in their basement right now.

The "tape" is a DVD that Trollity United sold on its website trollfordollars.com, and possibly offered free for download up until when they felt like it, then when Trollity's site was scrubbed and the DVDs were no longer offered for sale.
