I just returned from a free PUMA safari, and it was awesome. I found out that many on this safari were never really big supporters of HRC, and are now rationalizing their confusion with the New York Senator. I know I am going to get blasted . . . if anyone even reads this, BUT I do think it is important to cover all our bases in this election. That means keeping tabs on NQ, His44, and the new home for our favorite boycotter of DKOS. This is important, because if they are working against the idea of President Obama . . . then they are working for a President McCain.
Here are some samplings of what I bagged on the safari:
. . .I'm not done fighting for my party - not even close. I will not let a bunch of thugs and bullies chase me away from something I've fought loyally and passionately for these past 35 years or more. But unless Obama, Howard Dean and the rest of our so-called Party leadership wise up and make it clear that Hillary's name will be put up for nomination, and that a roll call vote WILL be held at our convention, they may find that more than 24% of us refuse to back Obama if he comes out of Denver as our nominee. . . . (Foreman)keeps talking about Hillary's loss in this election but last time I checked, we still need to make things official at a little thing called a convention in August. Until then nobody's got this nomination locked down.- June 27-28
I know am bound to get some "ignore her" diary responses, yet I think this is important. The individual quoted above is extremely talented, and IMHO was the #1 advocate for HRC in the amateur netroots. I just wish this blogger that said she was "a life-long Yellow Dog Democrat and . . . always be a Democrat" would continue to use her skills to at least advocate against McCain, if not for Obama.
I am ready for my beating, but I thought I would leave you with an image of a PUMA getting radio-collared for it's own protection. Read about it here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4677182/
