Since we had rec/rate restored over here, I was hoping that the admins would do whatever was needed to also restore diaries that disappeared. Well, it seems they did. Today I checked my page and everything is intact again! w00t!
Does anyone else still have missing diaries? If so, check in on this thread. Maybe the admins can get it fixed.
And of course, if you're still missing stuff, drop a comment.
Now, the reason I was concerned about the missing archives is because I've got a lot of good stuff in there (if I do say so myself).
For anyone interested in reading more about the activities of the Texas netroots, check this out:
2006 Texan of the Year - an award given yearly by the Texas Netroots
The Revolution is No Longer Silent - front paged, a diary about the convention chair fight at the 2006 TX Dem convention
Project Bridge the Gap - also front paged.... an intiative we launched to help merge the Texas Netroots with the Dem party power structure. we started by hand delivering copies of Crashing the Gate to all the members of our State Democratic Executive Committee.
Another Perspective on Hillary's Speech - all of you Clinton supporters who are just coming back... please read this. I feel ya.
Big Brother is Watching You - net privacy is extremely important to me. i work in the industry, and would advise ALL of you to read that diary. it covers mark klein, at&t, and net spying.
For Veteran's Day: Our Democratic Veteran Candidates - in which i introduced the term "fighting dem" (yictt!) to the net, and posted about all the veterans running in 2006.
John Cornyn's Numbers Suck - the first sign of weakness from our junior Senator.
So... does anyone else have some greatest hits that they'd like to share? Does anyone know their diary titles that have disappeared but need restored? Posting them here might get them fixed.
And of course, big ups to the admins for fixing whatever the heck was going on with the archives. I am really grateful, guys.
