Best part about Alabama:
If you drive into Alabama on the interstate from Georgia near Auburn, sorry I can't remember the interstate number, there's a rest stop with a huge boulder and carved in this boulder are the words "We Dare Defend Our Rights." What's to stop someone from adding "And Our Wrongs".
Seriously, the best part of Alabama is the Gulf Coast. Redneck Riviera. Best kept secret in the South East. Beautiful country, lots of good people, great food, amazingly full of living things. But don't tell anyone.
You forgot the part where Florida freaking stole all the coastline that rightfully should belong to Alabama.
When you mention Alabama, don't forget that Mardi Gras started there in the United States and that all bad drivers in Alabama aren't from Alabama, they are all from Mississippi (just ask the 'bamans and look at the license plates).
Freeway drivers like to drive up to the end of the onramp, come to a complete stop, and wait for a break in freeway traffic to go...this has led to a lot of out-of-state drivers slamming into their ass ends.
First off you imply that every Obama supporter on the internet is paid a salary (which I wish were true as i would be able to move into a decent apartment instead of my basement hovel) Secondly you implied that Obama had connections to the devil.

You should add a one part series to your series for the District of Columbia. There are plenty of reasons to hate DC. The new, weird zone cab fare thingy, ben's chili bowl is impossible to get into at night, the slow death of the Big Slice in Adam's Morgan, freakin potholes, and Peter Angelos. Oh yeah and we get taxed without real representation.

the farming was decent, though unloading 3 tons of DDG's was kind of a drag.
what is DDG ?
It is a byproduct of ethanol that is used as supplemental feedstock for livestock, it is really finely ground and when unloaded gets really dusty.
