It does scare me a bit that Fox obviously thinks Hillary is the one to beat.  I don't know what's up the GOP's sleeve. Obama has virtually no connection to this Ayers guy. He held a fundraiser once and gave $200 to Obama's campaign. Do you really want to get into a pissing match over shady people giving money to your candidate? How much money did Norman Hsu give to Hillary Clinton? What did the Clintons promise Marc and Denise Rich? And you bring up this guy?

Rev. Wright at least had a substantive relationship with Obama. Ayers is little more than a neighbor who lives in Hyde Park.

By the way, this picture wasn't "just discovered." It was from Chicago Magazine in a 2001 review of Ayers's book. This picture, like the Obama photo in his "native Muslim dress" has been in the public domain for many years.

Whether they succeed or not is a matter to be seen in the future.  You're certainly correct that they'll try, though.  It's what they do; there shouldn't be any surprise about that.
