People with pre-existing conditions will pay 5-10% of their income, under Obama there is no limit to what the insurance companies consider a "fair price" (they will be the judges of what a fair price is, for someone with a disease like asthma, it could be $20,000 a year, easily, although that person would currently be uninsurable) If that person pays 20k a year, they will get insurance, if not they WILL be turned away. Notice how all the pro-Obama MSM articles seem to GLOSS OVER THAT FACT.

Hillary has a premium cap that CAPS healthcare costs based on income. That 5-10% is much less than most people are paying now.

Notice in the image below how healthcare costs fell during the Clinton years. Then they went sky high again under Bush.
