BREAKING: CA Supreme Court to Issue Same-Sex Marriage Ruling Tomorrow

A positive ruling in this venue could represent a seismic shift in the American political landscape.  It won't be Lawrence v. Texas, but it will be pretty darn close.

Lets hope,  if we win this one, wow just another strike against the Republicans and bump to freedom in America.

As Democrats we need to unite for this and all civil right fights.

California Voters Have Already Weighed In (none / 0)

California voters have already weighed in on this issue. I don't see why the Supreme Court would need to revisit the issue or overrule the electorate.
