...Democratic National Convention delegate from Georgia's 13th Congressional District.
Earlier this morning, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution ran an article that talked about the dilemma Democrats face in Denver this August regarding the state delegations of Florida and Michigan and whether they will have their voting rights restored prior to the selection of the Democratic nominee for the office of President of the United States.
In the article, "Choice of Democratic nominee may rest with panel", I was quoted as saying that if elected as a National Convention delegate, I would vote to seat the delegations from Florida and Michigan. I stand 100% behind that statement but before I can put those words into actions, I've got to get elected first.
That's why I'm asking those of you who live in Georgia's 13th district to come out and vote for me Saturday, April 19th at Banneker High School in College Park, Georgia. The Congressional District Caucuses start at 10a.m. sharp, so please show up early and tell your friends.
If you need anymore information or would like to pledge your support to my candidacy, please shoot me an email.
Thanks in advance!
Andre
