Chris Matthews Disgraces Media Journalists With Disturbing Remarks

Chris Matthews, host of the MSNBC political show "Hardball" doesn't know how to keep himself from getting into trouble.

Matthews fired a salvo at the Clinton campaign this morning after both he and his MSNBC colleague Shuster were privately and publicly rebuked for recent comments deemed misogynistic or inappropriate.

Appearing on MSNBC's Morning Joe, the Hardball host went off on the Clinton press shop, calling them "knee cappers" who were "lousy" and delve in the business of "intimidation."
This man has become a total disgrace to the media networks, and his bias towards Clinton is rampantly evident. I think the time has come for Matthews to be censured for his insensitive and inappropriate comments, and the network needs to set an example with all journalists that work for their organization, that these type of comments have no place in the news and media framework of journalistic broadcasting.

Hillary Rosen. (none / 0)

HRC surrogate,Hillary Rosen called Howard Dean a
''weak DNC chairman'' last nite on Tucker.
The knee capping continues.

Get out of her way or you will regret it. Just like when HRC told Congressman Cooper who had a healthcare plan that had support from congress back in 93;

''You will regret that you have ever brought up these mandates to me''

So, HRC plowed forward to a disasterous flameout with her healthcare plan and the american people got nothing for the next 15 years due in large part to her arrogance. This is a potential leader of our country?

Re: Hillary Rosen. (none / 0)

Your negative comments about Hillary's health care plan doesn't seem to ring any bells here. The plan she is proposing would provide exceptional care to all citizens regardless of income. Seems from what I am reading and hearing her plan is being received very well by voters in Texas and Ohio.

Yawn (none / 0)

MSNBC is the best network for Democrats. Can Clinton supporters stop blaming everyone else for her disintegrating campaign?  MSNBC is just recognizing the obvious.

Until they turn on Obama, like they turned on Gore and Kerry?

Re: Yawn (none / 0)

I am hearing more about how their intention is to get rid of Clinton first, as she would be the strongest candidate against McCain. After they get rid of her, then they plan on having an easy time of getting rid of Obama, as they will paint him as a big time Liberal. Bottom line do everything possible to get another Republican elected.

Re: Chris Matthews Disgraces Media (none / 0)

After trying to crucify Shuster I think the Clinton Campaign has earned any nasty comments they get from the media. Their press operation relies on threats, they bully their way into the conversation with a list of smears and talking points, they're over-represented by surrogates even on MSNBC, and they are trying to gut any vestiges of free press we have on TV.

Their whole operation stinks of the Bush press team. Smear whatever you don't want to hear.

Re: Chris Matthews Disgraces Media (none / 0)

And Matthews has been doing the same for years. Google this guy and all you see is how he has ridiculed and humiliated women, gays, religious organizations, etc, etc. The guy has no morals and believes he is invincible. People are getting really bored and tired of his satire
