Anyone have access to Bill Nelson, Dianne Feinstein, Barack Obama or anyone else's auto bailout plans tying the Big Three to more environmentally friendly restrictions. I'm doing research on it now for a debate case I'm working on and just can't find a real plan laid out. Any all help would be great!
