Time for real democracy! You can give just one vote to any reasonably qualified possible presidential candidate you want! Regardless of party. You can give just one vote to each of up to ten candidates in a comment on this entry. The votes will be added up, and the six candidates who get the most votes will go to a runoff entry (in a following diary entry, after (give-or-take) ten responses come in).

In case of a tie, we will wait for another vote, or, if we must, toss a coin, as there is no other solution in such a scenario.

Then, you can give just one vote to any of the six remaining candidates you find acceptable (who will be listed in a second diary entry, after ten (give-or-take) responses come in).
