Hillary Clinton Wants GEORGE H. W. BUSH To Represent Her On Foreign Policy!!

As if the Clintons credibility could possibly get any lower, it was just reported by CNN today that the Hillary Clinton adminstration (if people are dumb enough to actually vote for her)   now plans to hire .. yep .. that 'old Iran-Contra criminal and Saudi Oil Cartel crony, with his idiot puppet sons, -- George H. W. Bush (War Profiteer) -- to advise & represent their administration on U.S. Foreign Policy.

This is Bill and Hillary Clinton's idea of a so-called "change" for our Country
in Foreign Policy:   Hire The Bush crime family!!

This is the Clinton standard-??
What's next?   Dan Qualye for Secretary of State?
Can we set the bar any lower-??

George H.W. Bush will help President Hillary

ORANGEBURG, South Carolina
CNN Peter Hamby   December 18, 2007

Former President Bill Clinton said Monday that the first thing his wife Hillary will do when she reaches the White House is dispatch his predecessor, President George H.W. Bush, on an around-the-world mission to tell them that America is open for business.

Clinton and the elder Bush, rivals in the 1992 presidential election, have grown chummy in recent years, often traveling and appearing at public events together.

A spokesman for the George H.W. Bush was not immediately available to comment.

So tapping respected world leaders is bad (2.00 / 1)

George H.W. Bush isn't George W. Bush.

H.W. is respected around the world.   You think tapping him to promote good will would be a bad idea?  I don't.

I think tapping both Bush 41 and Carter would be a great idea to improve our standing in the world.

Re: So tapping respected world leaders is bad (none / 0)

Apparently Bush has already vetoed the idea.

In a statement sent to CNN Tuesday afternoon, former President Bush's chief of staff Jean Becker said that he "wholeheartedly supports the President of the United States, including his foreign policy. He has never discussed an `around-the-world-mission' with either former President Bill Clinton or Sen. Clinton, nor does he think such a mission is warranted since he is proud of the role America continues to play around the world as the beacon of hope for freedom and democracy.

"President Bush is excited about several of the excellent Republican candidates running for president, and looks forward to discussing their candidacy once the Republican nominee is determined."

He's such a fucking liar.  Are we really expected to believe that he's proud of what his son has done?  Then again, this is the same guy who said "I will never apologize for the United States, I don't care what the facts are" - after we accidentally shot down a civilian airliner and killed 290 people.

Re: So tapping respected world leaders is bad (none / 0)

George H. W. Bush was a clandestine 'Bay of Pigs' CIA operative (who worked closely with E. Howard Hunt, Felix Rodriegez, and other criminals).

Zapata Oil was a CIA-front and Carribean outpost for CIA criminal oil activity.

George H. W. Bush became RNC chairman and a big defender of Richard Nixon throughout Watergate assiting in the coverup.

George H. W. Bush then became CIA Director in the 1970s (appointed by ex-Warren Commission, faux-President Gerald Ford) where he proceeded to obstruct the House Select Committee on Assassinations and kill off attempts to reform the CIA (protecting criminal operations).

As Ronald Reagan's VP, George H. W. Bush presided over the whole violent and corrupt Central American War and the unlawful Iran-Contra program. George H. W. Bush helped assist Osama Bin Laden in the 1980s and also Saddam Hussein.
Four separate different House Investigations into the CIA criminal activities of George H. W. Bush were in progress in the early 1990s, before Bill Clinton helped shut them down.
Bush was a terrible Predisent who needlessly invaded Panama, told lies about "babies in incubators" during the Gulf War, and presided over huge budget deficits, a recession, War, and a lowering standard of living.

George H. W. Bush is also one of  The Caryle Group's board of directors, who has directly profitted from the Iraq Invasion and the whole corrupt policy of permanent Warfare.

Simply put, George H. W. Bush is one of the most corrupt and sleazy creeps to ever rise to power. He should have been in jail a long time ago.

This man is you role model-????

Not "respected" (none / 0)

You could write a whole book on Bush's criminal career in the CIA, and in the executive branch.

This is not a "respected" man by people who care about human rights and the law  (which excludes the U.S. News Media).

There is a reason why Bush's sons are so stupid and corrupt.
They came from his genes!

HuffPo top story! (1.50 / 2)

Funny that Bush Jr. tapped Bill Clinton during the tsunami and again during Hurricane Katrina. Why? Bill is respected around the world, unlike many in Bush's administration. These countries welcomed Bill with open arms and poured millions into these tragedies.

You on the hand get no respect on this blog, as you would have voted to impeach Bill. If you don't know what the impeachment hearing was all about then you are stupider than I thought you were. Also, your diaries get stupider and stupider; that's a fact. But please continue to push the HuffPo's top stories. It makes you look real smart.

Re: You are a Bad Liar (none / 0)

You don't "remember".
Stop making totally unfounded, false, accusations.

My criticsms about Clinton are on policy choices (NAFTA, Telecommunications Act, Iraq Regime Change, Iraq Bombing, etc.) and his corrupt political alliances (protecting Bush Sr., fundraising scandals, not preventing the Iraq Invasion by telling the truth about the 1990s UNSCOMB weapons inspections, etc.) - not sex!

Clinton let the Bush family steal the election away from Al Gore right in the light of day and didn't do anything even say a word about it.

Now he wants the corrupt Bush Sr. to be Hillary's choice as Foreign Policy advisor-??

Get a brain

Re: Yes, you are a proven Liar! (none / 0)

Go and watch the two videos that I posted in this Diary.

Then ask yourself this:   Why is an elitist, arrogant, deliberate liar and War Propagandist like Hillary Clinton   electable-?

Just how could that dishonest, pile of Cheney-esque War propaganda (Clinton)  ever be more electable than honest government advocates?

But, if you don't want to go all the way towards virtue here and vote for Kucinich, then at least be smart and vote for a sincere, progressive like John Edwards or a guy with solid judgement like Obama.  They don't lie right to your face the way Hillary does, they don't want any damn advise from Bush, and they don't have that dictatorial sense of entitlement (including the entitlement to lie to you) the way that Clinton does.

Clinton is the most dishonest and the most status-quo option in the field.

At least do better than that!!
Anybody else!

Your not too bright (none / 0)

So you agree that there is a big difference between Gore and Bush.

Then why are hell are the Clintons seeking the Foreign Policy advise of Bush (the godfather of corruption) instead of an honorable man such as Al Gore-??

This just tells you that the Clintons have no standards here and are willful enablers of the same corrupt Foreign Policy of shame.

They can't find an honest guy for Foreign Policy-??
(f.y.i., Clinton was the one who made "regime change" against the weak & poor Iraq the official U.S. policy in the 1990s).

Hillary the Uniter Barack the Divider? (none / 0)

Plus Hillary just doesn't talk about being a uniter she has plans to unite everybody. What better signal than to send Poppy around. Barack talks about uniting but if his supporters are any guideline its all talk. Edwards as we know just wants to fight everyone.

Re: Hillary the Uniter Barack the Divider? (none / 0)

Um... I hate to break it to you but Barack is the peacemaker, the poitical pacifist who does not believe in fighting but sitting down around a big, big table with everyone holding hands. Edwards is our political pugilist, and Hillary is still around causing Republicans premature anxiety and fighting them all the way.
