Well, you may have heard the Senator Clinton's new slogan is "Turn up the Heat."
Well, John Edwards questioned today whether she really can "turn up the heat."
"The war in Iraq isn't even history yet, but the Bush Administration is repeating the march to war with Iran - and they're getting help from a person who should know a lot better -Senator Clinton."On Saturday at the Iowa Jefferson Jackson dinner, Senator Clinton unveiled her new campaign slogan to 'turn up the heat' on the Republicans.
"Well, somebody will have to tell me how you 'turn up the heat' by voting with Bush, Cheney and the neocons on their path to war with Iran. Because I don't believe that's turning up the heat - I think that's giving them exactly what they want.
"Senator Clinton had her chance to stand up and she chose not to use it. Our nation needs leaders who have the strength and backbone to fight the president on his march to war with Iran - not quicken the pace."

"We all talk a great deal about hope and our responsibility to restore hope," he said. "Hope Is crucial. but you have to fight to restore that hope."
Edwards recalled his famous case on behalf of a young girl who was hurt by a swimming pool drain. Edwards said he'd given her family hope, and then "I gave that company Hell."
"We need to give America hope but we need to give these people who are driving you out of business Hell," he said.

Hillary Clinton's campaign was acting like President Bush's when it recently planted a softball question from an Iowa audience member, rival Democratic candidate John Edwards said Sunday."People expect you to stand in front of them and answer their hard questions - and they expect it to be an honest process," he told reporters in Des Moines. "What George Bush does is plant questions and exclude people from events, and I don't think that's what Democrats want to see in Iowa."

We need to give America hope. But we need to give these people who are driving you out of business hell," Edwards said as he railed against corporate agriculture and the influence of special interests in Washington. He said voters should not "replace a crowd of corporate Republicans in Washington with a crowd of Washington Democrats."
