Our big pre-Labor Day fundraiser is going extremely well. As of 9:10 pm,
we have raised a total of $55,951.84 for the candidates on our list since 12:01 a.m. on Monday. With the 50K barrier smashed, we are now very close to $500,000 raised for the entire page. In less than three days, this one Act Blue page has out-raised
Rightroots for this entire cycle (they currently stand at $43,899).
All of the House candidates on the list have also met our goals for 100 new donors each. Most have now passed, or are close to, 150 new donors. On the Senate side, Jim Webb has passed our goal of 250 new donors, and Tester and Lamont currently stand at 211 and 176 new donors respectively. Here is the breakdown, by candidate, of new donors and total amount raised since 12:01 a.m. on Monday (as of 9:10 p.m. eastern):

- Joe Sestak, PA-07, $3,855.98 raised, 162 new donors
- Eric Massa, NY-29, $3,491.10 raised, 157 new donors
- Jerry McNerney, CA-11, $3,667.12 raised, 150 new donors
- Patrick Murphy, PA-08, $3,209.60 raised, 147 new donors
- Linda Stender, NJ-07, $2,789.88 raised, 141 new donors
- Jay Fawcett, CO-05, $2,761.04 raised, 141 new donors
- John Courage, TX-21, $2,792.93 raised, 140 new donors
- Larry Kissel, NC-08, $2,603.46 raised, 138 new donors

Overall, the average contribution to a candidate on the netroots page has been $26.65. The average contributor has given $79.90 to netroots candidates.
As fantastic as this has been, let's keep it going. Let's hit $500K for the whole page. Let's hit 150 new donors to all of the House candidates, and 250 new donors to all of the Senate candidates. Also, remember that today is the final day in the fundraising reporting period for Massa, Hodes and Bruner.
Whatever you can give, even if it is just $5, makes a big difference.
