Now this is funny.

As much as I disagree with Rahm on a lot things, he is a fighter, and he knows how to throw a good punch.

10 points for willingness to engage in political theatre.

3 points for content.

2 points for delivery.

If Rahm wants to look hip, he'll have to do better than that.

Re: A Love Letter from Rahm Emanuel (none / 0)

I thought it was silly.  Can't Democrats just get to the point?  Or are we just wired to babble and droll on and on?

McCain is defining Obama, and Obama is neither defining himself, nor McCain. This is awful.

Re: A Love Letter from Rahm Emanuel (none / 0)

I have a question for jgarcia and desputo.
First, you cry about weak leadership and then you nitpick when one of those leaders shows some gumoption> Just what do you want, anyway?
Oh, I forgot. This is the liberal blogsophere. Negative, negative, negative and never cut your own leaders any slack becasue of one or two things they did which you didn't like.
I'm glad I'm an independent.

you can't vote in the primary (usually), so you really don't matter very much.  you ought to be a D.

Nice...That's the new line of the campaign.

Maybe he isn't ready to put Jon Stewart out of a job, but for a politician that was pretty funny.

No fan of Emanuel... (none / 0)

...but that was funny.  I liked it a lot, but then again I've always liked 'War Prayer' and 'A Modest Proposal.'

Not that this is in that league, but it is in the genre.  I'm always down for classical satire.
