WNBC: Lamont Narrows Gap In Connecticut Senate Race

An Oct. 20 poll by Quinnipiac had given Lieberman a 17-point advantage, 52-35 percent. Schlesinger was at 6 percent in that survey. [...]
Lieberman leads Lamont by a 73-6 percent margin among Republican voters. Schlesinger had 19 percent support among Republicans.
Among likely Democratic voters, Lamont leads Lieberman by a 56-37 percent margin, according to Wednesday's poll.
Lieberman's lead over Lamont among independents was 51-36 percent, down 7 points from the Oct. 20 poll.
Lieberman also has a slight advantage over Lamont among women voters by a 46-41 percent margin. Men back Lieberman over Lamont by 52-33 percent.
Twelve percent of those who named a candidate said they might change their mind before the Nov. 7 election.
The poll was conducted from Oct. 24-30 among 926 likely voters and has a sampling error margin of plus or minus 3.2 percentage points.
