The Idaho Legislature passed a resolution honoring the makers of the film Napoleon Dynamite.

It may be the funniest piece of legislation I have ever read.

Partly, but also because they disagree with Dems on gun control and environmental issues. (Logging, mining, and farming are big industries.) Plenty of Idahoans dislike the idea of the government telling them what to do in those areas. Think Montana, only narrow and pan-shaped.
