I get what you are asking but I'm not sure there is a way to sort out which type of donors would normally give offline but gave online because it was available. I assume the end goal would be to figure out how many new contributions are made that would not have been made at all because they would give online or not at all. That's a fair question, but without polling people directly, I don't think there is a way to divine that from available data we have. Hmm.
