Allen was a correspondent for Time for six years, and is on TV frequently.  The Politico is growing in influence and has prestigious backers.

 Do you mean "prestigious" in a good way (intelligent, thoughtful, fact-oriented, honest), or in a bad way (well-financed, high-profile, WSJ-editorial-page-type disinformation)?

Honest question. I haven't seen an issue yet.
