[I've participated] in OD and the call for change program. I am fortunate to be part of a very active, very motivated team that was busy long before we met our MOFO. I have absolutely been frustrated by the lack of phone calls into our local district and the cookie-cutter, last minute events that MoveOn has pushed on us. Again, we have a really dedicated team so we are usually able to pull things off regardless of the circumstances, but I am sure that this model fails miserably for other teams.
