Is the 15% out of total delegates or total voting? If the latter its done now.
it's academic at this point -- we still have Greenwich to go. Now it's a matter of where it will fall (probably close to 30% of total).
Looks like Lieberman is getting strong majorities in larger towns, but the smaller towns really add up.
