Montgomery County (none / 0)

Notagain, I disagree that Montgomery County is small. Dayton is located there. Montgomery has about 550,000 residents and is the 4th largest county in Ohio.

I stand corrected.

Even considering that, there are still 86 (they're leaving Cleveland alone) other counties where this rule will be applied.
