Fowler would have no problem with Dean as DNC Chair, and he understands how the blogosphere works-- that's Reform enough for my 'test'. There is a sort of DC vs outside DC meme, but it's too shallow to build anything off of it, a Reform vs Status Quo is more apt here. However, next thing you'll here is Roemer/Blanchard/Frost talking about the need to reform the party...

i would like to throw out there the idea of reform as meaning--winning elections. the status quo at this point is 14 years of musical chairs of the same people saying the same thing about "building the grassroots" all the while there is no accountabilty from the grassroots when the same people keep losing elections.
please remind me what winning elections has fowler worked on?
